2025 Wrapped: Rika project highlights
As we close out 2025, we wanted to share what made this year memorable, the projects that challenged us, the campaigns we're genuinely proud of, and the partnerships that continue to drive us forward. The projects we took on in 2025 had real ambition behind them. From securing brand firsts to navigating ultra-competitive markets, we've had the privilege of collaborating with brands that trust us to push boundaries and deliver business impact.
Caterham Cars: brand codes and drift days

We started the year with a clear goal for one of our longest-standing partners, Caterham cars. Fully leverage the strong and recognisable brand identity encapsulated by “Pure. Simple. Fun” into brand codes and develop an ”always-on" campaign, designed to reach beyond Caterham's core enthusiast base. Our brand campaign delivered exactly that, and along the way, we secured something special, a double-page spread on the inside front cover of Evo magazine. A brand first. We've also generated new leads and double digit sales.
Launching Caterham Finance in key markets made owning a Seven more attainable than ever. We supported the Caffeine&Machine partnership, prepared for US expansion, and capped it all off with the Drift Day for the Rika team at Donington Park. Trust us when we say there really is nothing quite like experiencing a Seven sideways.
Finova: Building momentum in fintech

We launched into 2025 with a multi-channel campaign for Finova, driving high-intent leads in one of the most competitive fintech markets out there. The rebrand that followed was a defining moment—getting it right across every channel mattered, and we made sure the Speciality Lender Campaign demonstrated real momentum.
We're genuinely excited to keep building on this success together in 2026.
De'Longhi Group: fresh creative and category growth

Our longstanding partnership with De'Longhi continues to grow. This year, we focused on driving sustained growth for their direct-to-consumer eCommerce channel, and the launch of new breakfast products, Diadema, Ripple, and Eclettica Special Tea, unlocked new opportunities in retail media and performance channels.
Securing the inside front cover of Waitrose Food magazine this December felt like a real win, as did introducing WeTransfer as a new channel for Diadema.
Wiltshire Council: skills bootcamps campaign
Promoting funded training in Logistics, Digital and IT, and Health and Social Care for Wiltshire Council through their Skills for Life programme connects people with meaningful career paths. That makes a real difference, and we're looking forward to continuing this work into next year.
What's next: the projects we're building towards in 2026
We're excited about what's taking shape for 2026. We're working with Kensington Mortgages to deliver enhanced functionality for their customer & broker audience, and we're improving content on the lastminute.com corporate and careers website to truly reflect the brand story and culture.
And we're delighted to welcome Mob Fresh Supply Co. to our roster, we'll be helping the brand launch in the UK in early 2026.

What else happened at Rika
We upgraded our own website this year, designed to better reflect who we are, what we do, and the impact we deliver for our clients. Like all websites, it's a work in progress.
Our team member Kristina joined Progress Software for a webinar exploring AI-driven platforms, sharing insights alongside their SVP of Product Marketing and contributing to where CMS technology is heading. You can watch it on demand.
Recognition that reflects our approach
We've been consistently recognised by The Drum for our work, most recently as finalists for Excellence in Client Services in 2025. It's recognition that reflects our commitment to strategic thinking and partnership that delivers real results. We'd love to bring that same approach to your business in 2026.
If you're planning projects for the year ahead that we can help with, let's talk.
