Business Update - COVID19
Due to the current unprecedented events we would like to communicate our commitment to business continuity while at the same time ensuring the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners.
In addition to government mandates, we are modifying our day-to-day business operations, establishing a ‘work from home’ practice from Monday 16th of March until at least Monday 6th of April. All our employees and contractors are advised to suspend business travel in favour of virtual meetings, which is imperative to ensure everyone’s safety.
Here at Rika, we have the processes, practices and infrastructure in place to provide uninterrupted business and support services. You can confidently expect the same high level of productivity and service from our team, during this time.
We believe these measures will help mitigate the spread of the pandemic and keep our people safe with no impact to the services we offer to our clients.
