On October 18th, experts from Progress, Rika Digital and Pocket App assembled at Progress' UK HQ in Bracknell to demonstrate to brand marketers how best to reach customers at every stage of their buying journey. Additionally, the RIKA team offered advice on how to deliver highly-personalised and relevant customer experiences.
Over the course of the day, presenters explored the capabilities of Progress' Sitefinity Enterprise WCMS and Digital Experience Cloud (an advanced CX Analytics platform). Team RIKA dug into the concepts and associated common misconceptions around the topic of personalisation, covering best practices for implementing such initiatives within organisations. The day was completed with some interesting case studies from Pocket App, showing how brands are utilising native, hybrid and web apps to solve some common challenges.
